Good morning! How are you doing on the resolutions? Hang in there! If you fell down then get up and start again. The goal is worth the effort be it weight, smoking, being kind, listening, or avoiding the TV. Determine what will make you a better person and "go there". Saint Monica prayed every day for her errant boy….one in major trouble with about every one of the 10 Commandments. She did not give up. You probably know the boy as St. Augustine! Her persistence was rewarded. As the Japanese say…"GAMBATTE!"….be persistent!

6) Smokers show their signs of intelligence.
	Poll shows that smokers don't know that a cough is bad…could mean COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), pneumonia, and emphysema(british spelling) . Funny that lung cancer was not mentioned. …Click here for full text.
